I am looking to create some websites and blogs, can you tell me what is the best hosting that offer all of these qualities in the same time :

1. Free/cheap pricing structure (under USD 3)
2. Fast servers ( I am from Indonesia but my sites will be international)
3. Big capacities (storage and bandwidth)
4. Ease of use and management (cPanel, Fantastico, etc)
5. Any other comments for the hosting you recommend ?

   t35.com has the best hosting plans! the free hosting is GREAT (i didnt even think, not for a second, to use paid hosting because the free one is enough for me)

   You’re not going to get anywhere near what you need with a free hosting account, so take that out of your mind. Free hosting accounts are very restricted. You won’t get Fantastico or anything else of any use, the free ones will limit transfer, they’ll limit file sizes, they’ll limit file types, if they don’t do that, they’ll place ads on your pages either linking to the hosting company or ads that they will make money off of. So stay away from free, you get what you pay for.

   If you’re looking for MASSIVE amounts of storage and you’re planning on hosting multiple sites, I’ve got a great site for you:

   for $3.95 a month you get massive storage with these guys. Unlimited mySQL’s, Fantastico with hundreds of things you can intsall, etc. It’s the best you’ll get for a limited budget anywhere. AND you get a free top level domain with them when you sign up!

   For under $3, there’s not much you can get.

   Here’s some under $3, but everything sucks about them.

   Dollar Hosting offers plans starting at $1.00 a month
   You only get 200mb of storage and 5gb of bandwidth

   1 Dollar Hosting offers plans starting at $1.00 plus setup fee
   You only get 20mb of storage

   You can’t get much storage and bandwidth for under $3:

   The closest web host to what you need is Dreamhost ($5.78/month if you use the promo code)

   Their standard price is $119.40/year ($9.95/month if you pay yearly) but they currently have a promotion. You can use the promo code PLUS at sign up page and get the $50 discount + 2 Free domain names. This way you get them for $69.40/year ($5.78/month). You can use their huge Disk Space and host unlimited number of subdomains and domains on a single plan. They have a great control panel (better than cPanel) and OneClick Installs (like Fantastico).

   Disk space: 500 GB
   Bandwidth: 5000 GB
   2 Free domain names
   Price: $5.78/month ($69.40/year)

   Host gator is great and it is not that cheap but the support was superb and the web space and bandwidth was robust. There are so may scripts under the cpanel/fantastico so the job was easier if you want to install something . Here’s more info
